Okay! What if Sonic X-treme was released in August 1996 (North America), September/October 1996 (Europe) and February 1997 (Japan) on Sega Saturn (NA/EU/JP) and Windows PC (NA/EU) but it's unfinished game (and would be uncancelled in your AU)?
