Was this game ever released on saturn?

I found a advertising brochure from Electronic Arts with pics from the game under development but can somebody confirm that the game was released ?

I have also seen this one. Looking at the screenshots it seems quite fare in development. I really hope it was released cause it is a great game!

The Electronic Arts insert that came with Road Rash lists it as being released.

I've not seen the game anywhere though. It does look pretty cool.

I do believe the game was released, I believe I seen it at Electronics Boutique up here in Canada.
