IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN RIPPING YOUR OWN DISC: It appears that ISO Buster does not provide a Cue Sheet when you follow the instructions below. You will need a Cue Sheet in order to patch this kind of image. You can create a Cue Sheet by using the tool SegaCueMaker which can be found in the Resources section on this site.
