Forum Rules?!?!?!

The rules are uninformative, misstated, scattered all over the place like a puzzle & need to be revised!

That may well be the case, but starting some huge teen-angst flamethread is the wrong way go about it. In any community it is the newcomer's own responsibility to find out what is considered acceptable behaviour. If you're not prepared to make that effort live with occasionally having things pointed out for you.

The “NO EMU/ROM TALK” is not contained within the rules, but instead it’s unclearly placed beneath the NEO GEO forum.

Do you know why every goddamn forum has the same "no begging for warez" text in their description? Because no-one bothers to read the rules, that's why.

I have nothing to report.

Besides, I’m not a pimp unlike others.

Repeat in English, plz.

About the Iron Clad post, I didn’t talk about ROMs but ISOs!

I weep for humanity.

I don't need things pointed out. As stated previously this site's lay out is unique & sloppy.

Yeah. But that doesn't mean it shouldn't be placed in the General forum rules.

So you already understand that this thread has made you look plain silly and juvenile? That it's been perhaps the most irritating thread in a good few months? That it's bad form and rude, and above all pointless? Oh good, glad I didn't have to point those things out.

Yeah. But that doesn't mean it shouldn't be placed in the General forum rules.

I'm not even sure what you are talking about here...

Referring to the "NO EMU/ROM TALK" in the NEO GEO forum, which should also be placed in the Genaral Forum rules.

Rude? Silly? Juvenile?

Someone else should be characterized as such, for warning me before revising & finalizing the SX rules.

You still have not given convincing arguments to my statements and the Rules are still roughly written.

Being warned, because of someone else’s carelessness is my problem.

So the thread is not pointless, as you would like it to be.

You did and it was, which is why this whole thread happened.

No I don’t.

I located the Rules in the “General” Forum & the ones on the NEO GEO my self, that’s why I changed my original post.

I was warned because I broke the roughly made rules, but they were not pointed out to me in anyway.

Your points still don’t cancel out the fact, that the forum Rules are scrawled.

No I don’t.

Your message was about pirated Neo-Geo software. That is against the forum rules and it was pointed out to you.

I was warned because I broke the roughly made rules, but they were not pointed out to me in anyway.

I'll repeat this once more, because it seems it didn't sink in. Read it carefully, consult a dictionary if there are any difficult words you don't understand:

YOU - WERE - NOT - WARNED - FOR - THAT - POST.

I can't fucking believe you are making me do this...

Look at the chronology:

Rules Updated 4th of January, 2004. Look at the date on the topic "Rules - read or die".

Feb 21, 2004, you receive a warning that says "Don't ask for games". Since I can't find the thread that you recevied that warning in, I assume it was deleted.

March 28, 2004, you create a thread that was locked. Locked does not mean "given a warning". Locked means locked. No further action was taken. The thread was locked. Locked. Got that? That was the end of the matter. No words were said, heated or otherwise. Finished.

Time passes you post here, as per normal. You don't particularly piss anyone off. Your post count passes 100. Wow. Nice and smooth. Here's a happy-face sticker for you.

28th June, 2004, you start this godawful thread littered with nonsensical sentances and excessive use of excalmation marks, quote marks and question marks. You demand petty changes, tell us off for being sloppy and dish out general abuse. Top marks for being and arseclown and pissing me off. Here, have a grumpy-face sticker.

So are a lot of posts in the "General Tech Help - CD Burning Help" forum!

I only asked how to burn the ISO, not where to download it from.

I'll repeat this once more, because it seems it didn't sink in. Read it carefully, consult a dictionary if there are any difficult words you don't understand:

YOU - WERE - NOT - WARNED - FOR - THAT - POST.

I - KNOW!

I WAS NOT WARNED FOR THE IRON CLAD POST!

I knew it before you posted this:

You didn't receive a warning for that, I only locked the thread. Furthermore, the forum list clearly states

And I made it clear early in the thread. But seeing as how much attention you paid into reading the posts, I understand now why the general rules are so roughly made!

Hahaha  This thread has made my day :devil

And it's all thanks to the implementation of the warning system - without it, this thread may have not even come to exist! :p

Going by the warning written by Iceman, it sounds like you asked for a game or info on where to get one back in Feb this year.

No!

I asked for info on how to burn correctly Iron Clad for NEO GEO CD!
[/quote]

Indeed.

But seeing as how much attention you paid into reading the posts, I understand now why the general rules are so roughly made!

I suggest putting a little more effort into writing your posts, maybe you could actually get your point across. Even making sense would be an improvement.

You showed the previous posts in an order, so they don’t make sense.

It’s obvious that you’re avoiding the original subject.

Further more, you posted the same thing 3 times:

You didn't receive a warning for that, I only locked the thread

Since you seem to be extraordinarily thick even by Superyoshi standards, let me repeat this just once more: you were not warned for the Iron Clad post

I'll repeat this once more, because it seems it didn't sink in. Read it carefully, consult a dictionary if there are any difficult words you don't understand:

It’s you that has a problem understanding.

Present some strong points to back up your statements, before you post.

fuck off i mean jesus its a fucking warning level woooooo means nothing if you just dont look at it and let it dwindle. so my advice go play with yourself(neo geo cd games work, porn, what ever way you want to interpret the phrase play with yourself)

yeah it's not that big of a deal really.

it's fine to suggest updating the rules, but no need to have a 3-page thread about it

This has bored me. It is now done. Trollie gets a timeout. He can spend a few weeks sitting in the corner cooling down.
