We've got to make a decision about what to spend the money on.

I think it should be training equipment - but I'm not sure if it should be for Muscle, Mysticality or Moxie. I'm also not sure exactly what benefit they give. One item will cost 30,000 meat.

A Meat Tree returns 1% of the clan meat stash per day (up to 500) to each member. This costs 50,000 meat.

A Meat Calendar (AFAIK) will give each player one extra turn per day. This costs 50,000 meat.

I think we need to choose soon because I was able to put in 10,000 meat today. :banana

I think the Meat Tree sounds a goer. We can more quickly reach whatever goals we want to if we have one of those. I'm still trying to get the strength to go into the more interesting areas, so my contributions remain limited for the time being...

The calendar gives 3 extra turn a day ;)

But I agree with Curtis that a meat tree would be a good thing to start ...

I've bought meatsmithing gear, but apparently only Seal Clubbers can access to the best smithing ... as I'm not a Seal Clubber, I'll give the gear to anyone with the requirements :)

Are you sure that the calendar gives 3 turns? I read somewhere that it was only 1...

IMHO the meat tree is really only going to be useful if people 're-invest' the money back into the clan. I'd like to think that we all will.

Oh yeah, level 8 now. :banana

I read that after a search on the forums ...

Congratulations for your level up ;)

BTW I'm out of dough ... we have to do some sword shopping ;)

Ok, I put what I have in the stash :

- dense meat stack

- linoleum ore (2)

- Tenderizing Hammer

I made a Dripping Sword earlier too (which is in the stash)

- dense meat stack + linoleum ore = linoleum stack

- linoleum stack + helmet turtle = linoleum helmet turtle

And so on ...

I'll have a look. :)

Edit: Doh! Out of adventures...

Ok ;)

You'll have to buy skills from your guild to be fully effective at this I think ...

Mal: that's shopping with your sword (in the kitchen for example :D)

Unfortunately, yes. I suppose I could risk one of the beverages, but I don't think my stats would survive. :D

Is it 12 hour days, or 24?

Wow! Thanks to a huge 16,600 meat deposit by KuKzz we're now really close to having the 50,000 needed to buy a meat tree.

Are we all in agreement about the purchase?

Just started about 90 minutes ago and I'm out of adventures now; missing level 3 by one Mysticality point. :eek:wned

To answer Supergrom's question on the clan messageboard:

New days start at 2PM Australian EST - I'm not sure how that relates to your location though...

However, to get 4 more adventures per day you need to make up a Clockwork Maid.

You'll need:

Meat Paste, a cog, a sprocket, a spring, an empty meat tank, a meat stack and a frilly skirt.

Combine the spring and sprocket to make a sprocket assembly. Combine the cog and the sprocket assembly to make a cog and sprocket assembly.

Combine the empty meat tank with the meat stack to get a full meat tank.

Combine the cog and sprocket assembly with the full meat tank to get a meat engine - this is also used in making a Bitchin' Meat Car.

From there add a frilly skirt to the meat engine and you have a Clockwork Maid. Use it at your campground and you'll gain 4 adventures per day. :)

Once we have a more stable income I'll start hunting around for empty meat tanks so we'll have Clockwork Maids and Bitchin' Meat Cars for all. :D
