My friend's cable stopped working and it's not his

My friend is using Comcast as his cable provider and he just installed Windows XP. Everything worked perfectly yesterday until he installed his GeForce 2 (64 MB Ultra)'s drivers and now he can only go to websites at extremely slow speeds (like a 14.4 modem) and he can not sign on to AIM at all, yet he can play Half Life (and it's crappy mods) and get 50 ping in some games.

He said this happened the last time he installed XP so he just went back to ME...

has he used the "Driver Rollback" feature of WinXP?

btw, is this an AGP or PCI card?

try moving the Network card to the bottummost slot, far away from the video card.
