problem with av cable socket

hey i have a slight problem uhmm i hope u understand .. ok u know that socket where u put the av cable to it..well sometimes when i put it in and i look at the tv the picture doesnt show up but if it move around the av cable while its in the socket it like shows the picture and sometimes i see the pic goes black ,,, the way i make it show the picture is that i just keep moving it around until it sits still and shows. get what i mean? help anyone

I'd say it's the socket itself that has an issue, it may be loose on the mainboard of the saturn, you could check that. If it's not loose, you are pretty much SOL on using that socket. If you are handy with a soldering iron you could perform a mod similar to mine in which you end up with a/v ports on the unit itself. Yet a third option would be to use a custom port... like a db-9 or something then make a video cable that plugs into it.
