Probably, but I wouldn't recommend it - CDs were never originally designed to be that long, and there's no sense in tightening the tolerances like that unless there's some compelling reason to do so. At worst, it could cause your Saturn to get occasional tracking errors, making music or video skip. There's really only one way to find out, though.
Yep. As far as I know, the sole benefit of using 90/99-minute media on Saturn is that it provides an option besides buying media that actually resembles standard CD-R in some way. Of course, this would really only be an advantage if you already had the 90/99-minute media...
