Can saturns read 90min CDs that have the games burnt to.

Probably, but I wouldn't recommend it - CDs were never originally designed to be that long, and there's no sense in tightening the tolerances like that unless there's some compelling reason to do so. At worst, it could cause your Saturn to get occasional tracking errors, making music or video skip. There's really only one way to find out, though.

besides, that'd be a totally senseless waste of money. no saturn game exceeds 74 mins.

Yep. As far as I know, the sole benefit of using 90/99-minute media on Saturn is that it provides an option besides buying media that actually resembles standard CD-R in some way. Of course, this would really only be an advantage if you already had the 90/99-minute media...

i tried 90min media, when the saturn logo assembles, it stutters and dont go any further
