the d&d game was "warriors of the eternal sun"

it's alright i think what i liked about it was that it brought back realmz flashbacks from my mid90's mac performa 550 days

I remember that, now that was a weird game.

I liked the way the people of your castle gradually went mad as the boss(can't remember its name) affected them.

Sword of vermillion good game, beyond oasis great game sf1 even better game, but ps3+4 were better than all those, ps series is a true classic and a great saga. a hands down winner.

Dungeons and Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun

the boss, Burrower, slowly drove the whole valley mad.

Can't explain the Beastmen, or the Azcans, though.

and Shining in the Darkness is one of the few good Dungeon Crawlers for a 16 bit system, mostly due to smooth walking, and a easy to learn interface (arrows and A/c to confirm, B cancels). Good walls and pounding music help, too.

But, the best Genesis RPG? probably one I've never played, but I'm open to suggestions. and Shining Force is more Strategy than most RPGs.
