Kyuutenkai English Translation for the Sega Saturn

I actually paused on the Nekketsu Oyako translation for now. I was having trouble with patching all the graphics since most of the text was image based like Kyuutenkai was. I hope to get back to it eventually.

I'm taking a crack at it now. Hope you don't mind.

It's almost done! Surprisingly, pretty much every edit made to the Playstation fan-translated version seems to be easily transferrable. Plus I've made some small improvements in spacing, and fixed the broken hud in the Saturn version which had a bug that cut off the first letter in names.
