I am on a project to build a dialup server to connect, at the same time (8 currently), multiple devices who still use analog modem. The server can provide a connection speed up to 56k.
Now I am in a test phase with several consoles including the Dreamcast. I looking for games that offer to dialup directly your opponent without using a server like Netlink edition of Virtual On Saturn.
I can't find a comprehensive list of these games on Dreamcast (if they exist). I need to test these games to find out how fast the connection is established (33k or 56k) between the two peer and if it stable. It works very well with Netlink, but this modem still in analog domain with it 28k speed. With 56k modem the download is digital and I'm trying to find out whether consoles like the Dreamcast negotiate this type of connection in 33k or 56k.
