These patches apply to the Japanese version of Keio Flying Squadron 2 (known in Japan as Keiou Yuugekitai - Katsugeki-hen). First off, the "KEIO2-Japan-English.xdelta" patch replaces almost all Japanese text in the game with English assets from the European release. Resource 'Astal (Japan) With US English Voice Acting + Riggles' Audio Fixes v2'
As many will know, the Japanese version (Kisuishou Densetsu Astal) of Astal gives you 5 hit points instead of 3, up to 9 lives (selectable in options), and infinite continues instead of just 1. English patch for Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom Sega Saturn. Patch created using Delta Patcher 3.1.5 Dump from Redump. I only tested it with Fenrir ODE (Real Saturn) and with Kronos Emulator. IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN RIPPING YOUR OWN DISC: It appears that ISO Buster does not provide a Cue Sheet when you follow the instructions below. You will need a Cue Sheet in order to patch this kind of image. You can create a Cue Sheet by using the tool SegaCueMaker which can be found in the Resources section on this site.
