Resource 'Astal (Japan) With US English Voice Acting + Riggles' Audio Fixes v2'
As many will know, the Japanese version (Kisuishou Densetsu Astal) of Astal gives you 5 hit points instead of 3, up to 9 lives (selectable in options), and infinite continues instead of just 1. There are 2 patches included in the zip file. Both patches replace the Japanese release's movies + SFX with available US English resources. Resource 'Dungeons & Dragons Tower of Doom English Patch'
English patch for Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom Sega Saturn. Patch created using Delta Patcher 3.1.5 Dump from Redump. I only tested it with Fenrir ODE (Real Saturn) and with Kronos Emulator. For those who test/play using the Saturn CD-Drive and the game doesn't work at some point, let me know in the translation thread.- Lirinica

IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN RIPPING YOUR OWN DISC: It appears that ISO Buster does not provide a Cue Sheet when you follow the instructions below. You will need a Cue Sheet in order to patch this kind of image. You can create a Cue Sheet by using the tool SegaCueMaker which can be found in the Resources section on this site. Make sure you're Cue Sheets file extension is lower case. (.cue, NOT .CUE). If you don't want to make your own Cue Sheets, you can try using the ones provided here...- TrekkiesUnite118
